  • Re-Envisioning German Studies

Re-Envisioning German Studies

Friday, November 6, 2020

Online via Zoom at 2 p.m. EST / 8 p.m. CET.

Challenging assumptions and academic routines, the current pandemic has opened an interval to question and take stock of a discipline whose internal coherence resembles a loose amalgamation of different elements. What questions can bring the field together? Which debates are worth pursuing, researching, and teaching? Join Rüdiger Campe (Yale University), Deniz Göktürk (University of California, Berkeley), and Johannes von Moltke (University of Michigan) for exemplary investigations on ongoing research, followed by a discussions.
